the reception area always smelled lovely and cute. my room was spacious and included amenities such as slippers and essential toiletries. the hotel had two entrances, very convenient and i appreciated the complimentary kahwa. the cleaners were very friendly and helpful .
the hotel felt quite cold even in the public areas. it seems the a/c was set too low which was uncomfortable. my daughter felt unwell because of this.

the staff were attentive i was greeted with smiles and assistance throughout my stay my room included a shower with easy touch screen settings adjusting the water temperature was quick. the buffet breakfast offered a huge variety including both local and international options.
i found that the elevator maintenance occurred during prayer times which caused a slight inconvenience because i had to wait.

it's a little hard to get into the hotel because of traffic, that's the only thing.

the front desk staff was helpful. mr abed was cute. he seemed kind to everyone (i saw him interact with other guests). i felt he treated everyone like family.
the food quality could be improved for both in-room dining and the buffet.
